Absolutely, we do!
We currently provide toilet and simple changing room facilities for your convenience. We're also planning to introduce a shower facility soon. It's our aim to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and accommodating experience with us.

In a way you can! We're all about doing our bit for the environment! To help keep our waterways clean, we provide mesh bags for participants to collect rubbish during their outing. If you return a full bag of river litter, we'll reward you with a free hire.
In other words, the more you collect, the more you save – we'll match the percentage discount to the percentage of the bag you fill.
1 full bag = 1 free hire
Please bear in mind, only genuine river litter counts – we can tell the difference between actual rubbish and any leftover snacks from your paddle session! So, let's work together to protect our rivers.
Paddleboards and kayaks: The aim of the game is to not fall in the water, however this can happen; especially on paddleboards and kayaks! So wear anything you are comfortable getting wet and potentially swimming in.
Rowboats: Its almost unheard of to get wet on our rowing boats, so you don't need to wear anything special (unless you want to) and can turn up in your everyday clothes.
Yes, wearing a buoyancy aid is a must at all times during any session with LiveFree Adventures, whether you are participating in our activities or launching your own craft. We provide all our customers with a buoyancy aid and require them to wear it throughout their time on the water.
Ensuring the safety of our guests is our highest priority. Therefore, no one will be permitted to enter the water without a correctly fitted buoyancy aid.

We kindly ask that all equipment is returned in the same condition as it was when hired to avoid these additional charges.
Our vision for the Swiss Valley extends beyond our business operations. We plan to collaborate with the local council, various community groups, local residents, and other stakeholders to transform the Swiss Valley into a vibrant hub for a variety of activities.
In this spirit, if any local groups believe they could benefit from using our space at the Swiss Valley, we encourage you to contact us. We are open to facilitating other operators or supporting community development initiatives.
Here's a brief outline of our three-year plan:
Year 1: We aim to offer watersports hire and lessons, and introduce Axe Throwing and Archery sessions. We will also start developing the activities hub building, form litter picking teams to maintain the cleanliness of the area, and offer yoga sessions to promote wellness.
Year 2: We plan to install a free orienteering course, offer rowing boat hire, develop a forest school and outdoor education area, and design mountain bike trails.
Year 3: We look forward to constructing the mountain bike trails and offering mountain bike hire and lessons. We also plan to develop a swimming area, which we might even bring forward if circumstances permit.
Remember, we are always open to suggestions that would enhance the Swiss Valley. Please feel free to share any ideas, and we'll do our best to implement them.
We're sorry, but at the moment, swimming isn't permitted at Swiss Valley. The Lliedi Reservoirs are operational reservoirs managed by Welsh Water, which currently prohibits swimming.
However, as avid wild swimmers and watersports enthusiasts ourselves, we truly understand the appeal and benefits of open water swimming. That's why we're actively working with Llanelli Rural Council and Welsh Water to establish the reservoir as an open water swimming venue. This is high on our agenda, and we're committed to making it happen in the medium term.
In the meantime, we ask that individuals respect these regulations and avoid trespassing on the site to access the water. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a positive relationship with the local authorities as we work towards our goal.
Thank you for your understanding.
At LiveFree Adventures, we prioritise the safety and enjoyment of our participants. Therefore, we closely monitor weather conditions and may have to cancel sessions if we believe conditions could affect the safety or quality of the experience.
In the event of a cancellation due to adverse weather, we will not issue a refund. Instead, we will offer a credit equivalent to the value of the cancelled session. This credit can be applied towards any of our adventure activities, private sessions, or special events within the same calendar year. Please note, we will always make every effort to reschedule the session within our 6-week summer operating period first. If rescheduling is not possible, the credit option will be provided.
This way, we ensure that even if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, you still have the opportunity to enjoy the exciting experiences LiveFree Adventures has to offer.
Not only do we offer hire for your adventures, we also hire equipment for your event.
